Steak With Wine & Mushroom Sauce

This meal would be considered one of the most romantic meals that you could come up with on special events such as Valentine’s Day, an anniversary with your loved one and many more. This meal would be best served with mashed potatoes, rice, roasted vegetables/potatoes; the choice is up to you! Don’t forget to check the wine tips when it comes to this dish and, most importantly, the lit candles that would give it that extra touch.

Steak With Wine & Mushroom Sauce

Two important tips for such a meal are: 1. Don’t boil the wine while cooking the dish; this would result in a loss of flavor for the wine, so cook it at low temperature. 2. While having your meal, serve the same wine you used to make your sauce which will keep the balance of the wine flavor. If you prefer drinking another wine just make sure your choice remains within the same category.
