Penne With Shrimp

  • 1 pack Penne pasta.
  • ¼ cup Chopped red onion.
  • 2tablespoon Olive oil.
  • 3cups Diced Tomatoes.
  • 1lb. Peeled shrimp.
  • 2 Clove of minced garlic.
  • ¼ cup White wine.
  • 1cup Grated Parmesan cheese.


  1. Boil a large pot of water with a bit of salt.
  2. Add pasta and boil it for around 7 minutes till cooked.
  3. Heat the oil in a hot iron pan also known as skillet over medium heat.
  4. Stir fry garlic and onion until onion is tender.
  5. Mix in wine and tomatoes, and continue cooking for 10 minutes while stirring occasionally.
  6. Add shrimp into the skillet and cook for 5 minutes until it turns pink-peach.
  7. Combine the main course with pasta and top it with Parmesan cheese and some herbs or dill leaves in the centre and around the rim of the plate to decorate create a scent.
