Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

This meal is good to have with some friends over or on a sunny day with a date. It is also a delicious meal when you feel like having BBQ chicken but are not able to do so. This meal could be served as is, with rice or pasta and some boiled vegetables on the side, you decide. Enjoy!

  • ¼ cup Dijon Mustard.
  • ¼ cup Honey.
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonaise.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder.
  • 1 teaspoon Steak Sauce.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 2 - 4 Clean, boneless chicken breast.


  1. Preheat your grill to a medium-range heat.
  2. Take a small bowl and mix your mustard, mayonnaise, steak sauce, honey, herbs and garlic powder.
  3. Dip your chicken into the bowl to fully coat it, and save some of the sauce for deglazing.
  4. Oil the grill grate and place the chicken over indirect heat for 15 - 20 minutes, remembering to turn occasionally.
  5. Use a baster to deglaze the chicken with the honey mustard sauce as it cooks.
  6. Take of the grill once you feel its cooked.
