  • 12oz Dry Fettuccine Pasta.
  • 1cup Non-Fat Milk.
  • ½ cup Reduced Fat Butter.
  • 8oz Cheese Cube.
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder.
  • ½ teaspoon Minced Garlic.
  • ¼ teaspoon Onion Salt.
  • 1cup Grated Parmesan Cheese.


  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water cook fettuccine until it becomes soft.
  2. Combine milk, cubed cheese, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, minced garlic, and salt.
  3. Stir until smooth.
  4. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and cook 2 to 3 minutes, or until blended.
  5. Toss pasta with Alfredo sauce and serve warm.
