  • 2 - 4 Cleaned, boneless chicken breast.
  • Some Olives.
  • Salt.
  • Pepper.
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce.
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil.
  • ¼ cup Maple syrup.
  • ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme.
  • 1 Sliced clove of garlic.
  • 2 teaspoon Lime juice.
  • Feta cheese.
  • 2 - 4 Cucumbers.
  • 2 - 4 Tomatoes.
  • Some Radish.
  • Few Fresh basil leaves.
  • 1 Red onions.
  • 1 Lettuce.


  1. There are two options of grilling your chicken either on the pan or in the oven.
  2. In the oven you will need to put the oven tray at the lowest level of the oven and preheat the oven while you are cutting the chicken into strips or bite size which ever way you enjoy it and then place them in the oven for around 15 minutes until they are grilled.
  3. On the pan you will need to heat the pan with some oil in it, then add in the chicken after having them cut in strips or bite size and cook them for around 10 minutes or until they are grilled.
  4. In a deep bowl mix the olive oil, lime juice, balsamic, vinegar, soya sauce, maple syrup, sliced garlic, salt, pepper, & dried thyme then set the dressing aside.
  5. After cutting as desired, place them in a salad bowl and add the feta cheese on top of the salad along with the grilled chicken. Then finally pour the dressing over them and mix the salad to have it ready to serve.
  6. Notes: For the lettuce, red onions, radish, olives, tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper you can always add the amount you desire. Regarding the lettuce you can choose, roman lettuce, iceberg or which ever you prefer.
