Bacon Beer Burger

This could be identified as ‘THE MAN MEAL’. It is a preferred meal to have with a group of friends while hanging out or a simple fun gathering. The Bacon Beer Burger is best served with potato wedges, onion rings or crinkle cut French Fries and a beer of your choice on the side. Enjoy this meal with your buddies!

Bacon Beer Burger

Ingredients

  • 500 g Lean ground beef.
  • 2 teaspoon Mustard.
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
  • 4 pinches or dashes Paprika powder.
  • 1 Sliced onion.
  • 1 Sliced tomato.
  • 1 Diced onion.
  • 1 pack Bacon.
  • Round cut pickles.
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper.
  • ½ teaspoon Salt.
  • ½ bottle Beer
  • 5 Hamburger buns.
  • 5 Slices of Swiss cheese.
  • Lettuce leaves.

Directions

  1. Preheat a grill or pan and place bacon when reached over medium heat, then put aside once crispy.
  2. In a deep bowl place the ground beef and pour half bottle of beer your choice preferable dark, worcestershire sauce, diced onion, mustard, salt, pepper and paprika.
  3. Avoid over mixing your burger or else it will harden and dry out.
  4. Divide the burger into 5 equal rounded portions.
  5. Grill the burgers on a pan or grill for around 5 minutes each site or until well done.
  6. This process would give you juicy and tender burgers which is served on hamburger buns lettuce leaves, sliced onion, sliced tomatoes and slices Swiss cheese.
  7. Not to forget you can always add mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and relish. Make it your way that you enjoy it the most.
