How to lose 6 kilos is 6 days?
This is a very simple process no pills, shakes, diet products and no need to starve.
This is a 2 weeks diet but you will see the big result on the first 6 days where I personally lost 6 kilos.
It requires three simple rules:
1. Change Your Food.
2. Access To Elliptical Machine or Threadmill.
3. Commitment to your 2 weeks diet.
1. Change Your Food
Stop eating junk food completely such as chips, chocolate bars, pizzas, french fries, hamburgers, soft drinks and so on.
Along with that are 5 things you should not eat:
Make your food as natural as possible try to avoid food with artificial ingredients, For example if you want to have cookies, candy bars, cakes, desserts and chocolates, try to have fruits instead, such as strawberry, kiwi, pineapple, mango and if you are missing or craving high dose of sugar you have grapes, watermelon or even melons like cantaloupe or honeydew.
Here is how the diet plan goes:
Keep in mind that its a 2 weeks plan which is 14 days and 10 days out of the 14 days you have to be Vegan or Vegetarian.
For Breakfast you can 1% M.F. milk with cereal and the cereal could be anything healthy you choose if you want to keep it vegan you can use Almond Milk with cereal. If you think cereal and milk is not enough you can always have some fruits where you can have it raw or make a quick fruit salad such as strawberry, banana and kiwi with honey, maple syrup or any natural source of sweet syrup that is not high is calories, you make your own decisions on what you feel like having as long as its natural and not too high in calories. Don’t worry too much or stress about it because its still morning so most of it will be burned through out the day.
For Lunch it would be recommended to have a salad with reasonable dressing and the salad is not like any salad that people think of which is just garden salad or simply lettuce with tomatoes and cucumbers. Its a rich salad that basically consists of all the following ingredients and you can choose to have them all in one or choose to mix most of them together, its your call.
The following ingredients for the rich salad would be:
1. Corn or Baby Corn
3. Palm Hearts
4. Lettuce, Watercress, Kale, Roca and others kinds of mixed lettuce, you choose what you desire
5. Beet Roots
17. Brussel Sprouts
And other decent vegetables that you can think of that is not mentioned above.
For the Dressing you can use the following:
1. Lemon juice and canola olive oil (which is a mixture of both canola and olive oil)
2. Balsamic vinegar and canola olive oil
You can add some herbs such as oregano, rosemary, sumac, thyme, dill and other herbs to your salads to add some flavours to it so it doesn’t get boring and you get to have a large varieties of flavours.
2. Access To Elliptical Machine Or Threadmill
Between Lunch and Supper you will need access to elliptical machine or a treadmill and your objective would be to burn 500 calories or technically the amount of calories you consumed. It doesn’t matter how much time it takes, let me share my story.
I am weak in doing cardio and don’t really enjoy cardio but my first result was 197 calories, second result was 252 calories, third result was 369 calories and finally hit 500 calories in 55 minutes but then when I got good and fluent with it, 500 calories were burned in 25 minutes so then I decided to aim for burning 1000 calories to create suspense in my workout but its not necessary though thats the challenge that got me going. I burned 737 calories the first time second time 805 calories and this time finally 1008 calories up to 1085 calories. But on average was burning around 600 to 700 calories. Once you get into it, it then becomes a habit and you would want do more and more then you would be excited thinking when is the next time you are going to the gym. It is all about keeping up the positive attitude and working on your new look and new beautiful healthy body. Keep in mind if you have a bad cardio and get tired very fast or have problems with your knees due to your weight, I would recommend elliptical machine over the treadmill because it helps you do longer cardio due to the fact that you control your speed control without being forced to stick to a constant speed and without adjusting it although it is better than elliptical machine but they both somehow come to the same thing in the end.
After the cardio session and after burning your 500 calories or the amount of calories you consumed, you technically should have no appetite for eating, but I recommend you eat something light such as an orange and an apple or some veggies such as cucumber and steamed veggies. Don’t worry about the quantity you consume because its simply veggies and they are not in high calories. You should always keep a track of the amount of calories you intake. Try to stay in the range of 500 to 700 calories a day, I personally did it on 500 calories thats how I was able to burn 6 kg which is approximately 13 pounds, in 6 days.
3. Commitment To Your 2 Weeks Diet
The schedule for lunch would be first 5 days of the first week and second week are vegetarian or vegan and on the first weekend you would have Tuna Salad where you add tuna to your salad where as on the second weekend you would have grilled chicken breast added to your salad. If you choose to remain vegan or if you are vegan you can replace your tuna with chick peas as well as other beans to have high source of protein and fibre, where as for the replacement of chicken breast it would be tofu and you can cook it the same way would cook your grilled chicken breast if you choose to cook it, or else you can have it raw.
Proof Of This Diet’s Result:
In the before photo I was 84 kg which is around 185 pounds and went down all the way to 69 kg which is around 152 pounds where initially before gaining weight I used to weight between 72 and 74 kg, which is around 159 and 163 pounds. Then decided to get some beautiful tone and mass as you see on the first 3 weeks of working out after losing weight.
DO NOT STARVE yourself because what happens when you starve yourself, your brain receives signals from your stomach which you understand as ‘Starving’ because you are already hungry so the brain releases chemicals to the stomach which will store the fat that will come in the next thing you eat, and it will be stored as fat which will act as food the next time you starve again in order to keep you surviving. Thats why do not starve because your body will always get rid of the old fat and replace it with new and less good fat which is healthy and the way to go.
DO NOT EAT FAST, take your time while you eat and enjoy it, try to eat while watching TV or anything that distracts you or entertain you like playing a video game, reading an article or watching your favourite sports or TV show. The reason behind eating moderately and taking your time helps your brain to recognize that you are full and have enough of food because it takes around 10 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full.
How Does This Process Work?
While sleeping your body burns between 1,200 to 1,500 calories and through out the day just for breathing and living your body burns approximately 1,000 calories. You consume around 500 to 700 calories and burn around 500 to 700 calories a day so technically you are burning 2,200 to 2,500 calories a day and it looks like you ate nothing without starving yourself. Its a 2 weeks process and you will see results within 6 days. Now after the 2 weeks you can eat whatever you desire but just make sure you stay in the range of 1,200 to 1,500 calories and not exceed 2,000 calories. The reason why you eat whatever you desire is because the process that you have for 2 weeks get your stomach to shrink so you can no longer eat the same amount you used to eat because they won’t fit in your shrinked stomach.
Note: I had a lazy thyroid which led me to have a fatty liver and my research for this cure and experiment is what led me to this great success of losing so much weight in such period of time and it is here to be shared with you and all those who are in need of it.
