Now we all know the Fiat 500 but many of us have no idea who or what ABARTH is? Carlo Abarth born as Karl Albert Abarth is Austian-Italian automobile Designer and also the founder of Abarth & Co. along with his partner Guido Scagliarini who was a racing driver. Abarth & Co, which is also known as ABARTH, is an Italian racing carmaker company that began its famous association with Fiat in early 1950s by building the Abarth 1500 Biposto with the mechanical hardware provided by Fiat itself in the year 1952.

Fiat 500 ABARTH 2012 arrives to North America with a slick look and wicked performance meaning more power under the hood.  What runs this car is a 1.4 Liter MultiAir Turbo charged engine achieving 160 horsepower for this little lightweight frame. The engine of this car is operated by a 5-speed manual transmission where as the tiny lightweight body is supported by Abarth performance suspensions and rests on 16-inches wheels and it stopped by Abarth’s performance brakes. The aggressive styling of this car is detailed to the purpose of even being able to adapt the dual exhaust system to the car which is inspired from racing cars and that is along with the graphic stickers that appear on the outside of the car with the colouring theme that is styling it and giving a sporty appearance. Considering it one of the smallest sized car it is also considered to be the highest in the category of weight-to-power ratio due to the fact that it features performance technology that is not traditionally found in cars of its category.

The interior of this car is not far from the basic Fiat 500 model but extra features have been definitely added ‘ Gear Shift Indicator ’, front seats and the detail of the red trimming around the seats, dashboard, steering wheel and the shift stick, all these little details give the interior of being in a sports car. On top of that the interior of the car is also filled with Hi-Tech gadgets and multi speakers.
